What is Primary Rate Interface (PRI)?

Primary Rate Interface (PRI) is a Telecommunications interface general typically used in Integrated Services Digital Networks (ISDNs) and is basically a provider furnished for larger organisation customers. What Does Primary Rate Interface Mean?

The T1 trunk line utilized in a PRI service is divided into 24 channels of sixty four Kbps Capacity every.
